ViewSonic VX924 vs ViewSonic VA903b lcd monitor comparison
ViewSonic VX924 and ViewSonic VA903b have same 19" screen size. Maximum screen resolution (1280x1024) is same on both TFT monitors. These monitors have decent response times of their pixels (with 3ms on VX924 and 8ms on VA903b). Only ViewSonic VA903b is able to produce very bright picture (300 cd/m2 luminance), ViewSonic VX924 has brightness 270 cd/m2. Contrast ratio is 700:1 on ViewSonic VA903b which is good. But ViewSonic VX924 has contrast ratio only 550:1. Horizontal angle is 160º on both and therefore you might feel unconfortable watching movies on them. These tft monitors are poor for watching tv programs or movies on them since they have vertical viewing angle of 160º. Both of these monitors have VGA input jack for connection to older graphic cards. Presence of DVI allows you to connect ViewSonic VX924 with some new video cards. More Information
