ViewSonic VA912b vs Westinghouse LCM-19V7 lcd monitor shopping reviews

Both models have the same 19" screen size. Maximum declared screen resolution (1280x1024) is on both TFT monitors in this comparison.

Aspect ratio on these monitors is 4:3 and that means they aren't wide. Both LCD monitors have good response times (8ms).

Picture on LCM-19V7 could be very bright (300 cd/m2), but we cannot say the same for VA912b (250cd/m2) Contrast ratio is poor on these TFT monitors (500:1 on VA912b and 450:1 on LCM-19V7).

Due to lack of VGA input, you cannot connect Westinghouse LCM-19V7 to older computers. Presence of DVI allows you to connect these monitors to newer video cards.
