ViewSonic VP2030b vs Samsung SyncMaster 225BW lcd monitor comparison

We liked 22" monitor size on Samsung SyncMaster 225BW quite better than 20.1" monitor size at ViewSonic VP2030b. Samsung SyncMaster 225BW lcd monitor has better maximum screen resolution - 1680x1050, in contrast to 1600x1200 at ViewSonic VP2030b.

Both of compared TFT monitors have decent pixel response times.

ViewSonic VP2030b can produce very bright picture (300 cd/m2), but Samsung SyncMaster 225BW cannot since its brightness is 280 cd/m2. These monitors have good contrast (VP2030b has 1000:1 and SyncMaster 225BW has 700:1).

Both monitors have DVI input which allows you to connect them to modern graphic cards.
