ViewSonic VA1912wb vs HP L1706 lcd monitor comparison
Screen size at ViewSonic VA1912wb is quite larger with its 19" than HP L1706 with its 17". Graphic professionals might find ViewSonic VA1912wb model with its 1440x900 maximum screen resulution more preferable. You shall not have ghost feeling when scrolling on ViewSonic VA1912wb due to its pixel response time of 8ms, but we cannot say the same for HP L1706 since its pixel response time is 12ms. With its brightness of 300cd/m2 we can say that these tft monitors can provide very bright picture. These tft monitors don't have decent constrast ratio. Their contrast ratio is 500:1 and that is quite poor value. Horizontal viewing angle is bad on both monitors (160º at ViewSonic VA1912wb and 140º at HP L1706) for watching movies.
