ViewSonic VX924 vs Dell UltraSharp 1907FP lcd monitor comparison
The same 19" screen size is on both ViewSonic VX924 and Dell UltraSharp 1907FP. The same on both TFT monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1280x1024. Pixel response time on these monitors is 3ms for VX924 and 8ms for UltraSharp 1907FP and that means they have good pixel response times. Only Dell UltraSharp 1907FP is able to produce very bright picture (300 cd/m2 luminance), ViewSonic VX924 has brightness 270 cd/m2. Contrast ratio is 700:1 on Dell UltraSharp 1907FP which is good. But ViewSonic VX924 has contrast ratio only 550:1. Horizontal viewing angle is bad on both monitors (160º at ViewSonic VX924 and 140º at Dell UltraSharp 1907FP) for watching movies. Verical angle is 160º on VX924 and 130 ºon UltraSharp 1907FP and those values makes them unsuitable for watching movies.
