ViewSonic VA903b vs Acer AL1916Ab lcd monitor comparison
The same 19" screen size is on both ViewSonic VA903b and Acer AL1916Ab. On both VA903b and AL1916Ab there is maximum screen resolution of 1280x1024. Both LCD monitors have good response times of their pixels (8ms). The picture on this TFT monitors can be very bright since brightness is 300cd/m2. Both monitors have contrast ratio of 700:1 and that is very good contrast ratio. These tft monitors are poor choice for watching tv programs or movies since they haven't decent horizontal viewing angles (VA903b has 160º and AL1916Ab has 140º). Both monitors have poor viewable vertical angle (160º at VA903b and 140º at AL1916Ab) so they aren't quite confortable for watching movies. They don't have DVI needed by some new graphic cards.
