ViewSonic Optiquest Q9b-2 vs Acer AL1916W lcd monitor comparison
Both Optiquest Q9b-2 and AL1916W have 19" screen size. Maximum declared screen resolution on AL1916W (1440x900) beats Optiquest Q9b-2 (1280x1024). These TFT monitors have decent response times of their pixels (8 ms). These monitors have brightness 300cd/m2 and that means they can have very bright picture. Contrast ratio is very good only on ViewSonic Optiquest Q9b-2 (700:1), the another model has poor contrast ratio (500:1). Both monitors have poor viewable horizontal angle (150º) for watching movies on them. Both monitors have poor viewable vertical angle (135º at Optiquest Q9b-2 and 130º at AL1916W) so they aren't quite confortable for watching movies.
