Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 vs Westinghouse LCM-19v5 tft monitor shopping comparison
We think 23 inch screen at Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 is better than 19 inches screen at LCM-19v5. Maximum screen resulution on Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 is 1920x1200, which might prefer graphic experts rather than 1280x1024 on Westinghouse LCM-19v5. Decent response time has only Westinghouse LCM-19v5 with 10ms. Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 haven't good pixel response time with 16ms. These TFT monitors cannot provide very bright picture (LCM-19v5 has luminance 280cd/m2 and PremierPro SDM-P234 has 250cd/m2). Contrast ratio is quite poor on these TFT monitors (500:1 on PremierPro SDM-P234 and 400:1 on LCM-19v5). Presence of DVI allows you to connect these monitors to newer graphic cards. More Information
