We liked 21" monitor on Samsung SyncMaster 215TW quite better than 19" monitor size at Samsung SyncMaster 971P. With its declared 1680x1050 maximum resolution Samsung SyncMaster 215TW monitor beats Samsung SyncMaster 971P with its 1280x1024. Pixel response time on monitors is 6ms for SyncMaster 971P and 8ms for SyncMaster 215TW - they have nice pixel response times. Picture can be really bright only at SyncMaster 215TW (luminance is 300 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at SyncMaster 971P (luminance is 250 cd/m2). Contrast is 1500:1 on SyncMaster 971P and 1000:1 on SyncMaster 215TW and that is significantly good value for contrast. DVI input which these monitors have allows you to use with new graphic cards.
