Samsung SyncMaster 204BW's monitor screen with its 20" we like more than 17" screen at Samsung SyncMaster 740N. Maximum screen resulution on Samsung SyncMaster 204BW is 1680x1050, which might prefer graphic experts rather than 1280x1024 on Samsung SyncMaster 740N. These LCD monitors have good response times. Both monitors are able to privide very bright picture (300 cd/m2). Both monitors have very good contrast (SyncMaster 204BW has 700:1 and SyncMaster 740N has 600:1). Horizontal angle is 160º on both and therefore you might feel unconfortable watching movies . These LCD monitors are poor for watching tv programs or movies on them since they have vertical viewing angle of 160º.
