Samsung SyncMaster 940MW vs Westinghouse LCM-19V7 lcd monitor shopping review

Samsung SyncMaster 940MW and Westinghouse LCM-19V7 have same 19" screen size. If you like higher screen resolutions than you might decide that Samsung SyncMaster 940MW is better with 1440x900 than Westinghouse LCM-19V7 with 1280x1024.

These monitors have good response time 8 ms.

The picture on this LCD monitors can be very bright since brightness is 300cd/m2. Contrast ratio is 700:1 on Samsung SyncMaster 940MW which is good. But Westinghouse LCM-19V7 has contrast ratio only 450:1.

Only Samsung SyncMaster 940MW has VGA input so you can connect it to older graphic cards. These TFT monitors have DVI input for connection . Only SyncMaster 940MW has TV tuner.
