Samsung SyncMaster 731B vs Westinghouse LCM-19V7 tft monitor comparison
We prefere more 19" screen size on Westinghouse LCM-19V7 than 17" screen size on Samsung SyncMaster 731B. Maximum screen resolution (1280x1024) is same on both LCD monitors. Aspect ratio on these monitors is 4:3 and that means they aren't wide. Both of compared monitors have decent pixel response times (8 ms). These monitors have brightness 300cd/m2 and that means they can have very bright picture. Contrast is 600:1 on Samsung SyncMaster 731B which is good. But Westinghouse LCM-19V7 has contrast only 450:1. Only Samsung SyncMaster 731B has VGA input so you can connect it to some older video cards.
