Samsung SyncMaster 204BW vs Westinghouse LCM-17W7 lcd monitor comparison

We liked 20" monitor size on Samsung SyncMaster 204BW quite better than 17" monitor size at Westinghouse LCM-17W7. Graphic professionals might find Samsung SyncMaster 204BW model with its 1680x1050 maximum screen resulution more preferable.

Both monitors are wide since the aspect ratio on SyncMaster 204BW is 16:10 and on LCM-17W7 is 16:9. 6 has decent pixels response time (6 ms) but that is not the case with Westinghouse LCM-17W7 since it has 15ms.

These monitors are able to produce very bright picture (LCM-17W7 has luminance 400cd/m2 and SyncMaster 204BW has 300cd/m2). Both monitors have very good contrast ratio (SyncMaster 204BW has 700:1 and LCM-17W7 has 600:1).

These LCD monitors have DVI input for connection .
