Samsung SyncMaster 970P vs ViewSonic VA903b lcd monitor review

Screen size on both models(Samsung SyncMaster 970P and ViewSonic VA903b) is 19". Maximum declared screen resolution (1280x1024) is on both LCD monitors in this comparison.

These LCD monitors have good response times.

Only ViewSonic VA903b is able to produce very bright picture (300 cd/m2 luminance), Samsung SyncMaster 970P has brightness 250 cd/m2. These monitors have good contrast (SyncMaster 970P has 1000:1 and VA903b has 700:1). Horizontal angle is 178º on SyncMaster 970P and 160 ºon VA903b and those values makes them suitable for watching movies.
