Samsung SyncMaster 931BF vs ViewSonic VA912b lcd monitor shopping review
Both models have the same 19" screen size. The same on both LCD monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1280x1024. These monitors aren't wide - they have aspect ratio 4:3. Both monitors have good response times (Samsung SyncMaster 931BF has 2ms and ViewSonic VA912b has 8ms pixel response time). Picture on SyncMaster 931BF could be very bright (300 cd/m2), but we cannot say the same for VA912b (250cd/m2) Contrast ratio is very good only on Samsung SyncMaster 931BF (2000:1), the another monitor has poor contrast ratio (500:1). Both of these monitors have VGA input jack for connection to older graphic cards. Both monitors have DVI input which allows you to connect them to newer graphic cards. More Information
