Samsung SyncMaster 931BF vs Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 lcd monitor shopping comparison

Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 have larger screen (23") than Samsung SyncMaster 931BF (19"). Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 lcd monitor has better maximum screen resolution - 1920x1200, in contrast to 1280x1024 at Samsung SyncMaster 931BF.

Since Sony PremierPro SDM-P234 maybe doesn't have good pixel response time with 16 perhaps you might notice some ghost when scrolling .

Since SyncMaster 931BF has luminance 300cd/m2 it can produce much brighter picture than PremierPro SDM-P234 which has luminance 250cd/m2. Contrast is very good only on Samsung SyncMaster 931BF (2000:1), the another monitor has poor contrast ratio (500:1).
