Samsung SyncMaster 244T vs HP vs17e lcd monitor comparison

Samsung SyncMaster 244T have larger screen (24") than HP vs17e (17"). Maximum declared screen resolution on SyncMaster 244T (1920x1200) beats vs17e (1280x1024).

HP vs17e has good response time of its pixels (8ms), but that is not case with Samsung SyncMaster 244T since its pixels response time is 25ms.

Picture can be really bright only at SyncMaster 244T (luminance is 500 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at vs17e (luminance is 280 cd/m2). Only Samsung SyncMaster 244T has good contrast ratio (1000:1). HP vs17e has contrast ratio of 500:1.
