Samsung SyncMaster 244T vs Gateway FDP1760 lcd monitor comparison

Samsung SyncMaster 244T have larger screen (24") than Gateway FDP1760 (17"). Samsung SyncMaster 244T lcd monitor has better maximum screen resolution - 1920x1200, in contrast to 1280x1024 at Gateway FDP1760.

Decent response time has only Gateway FDP1760 with 8ms. Samsung SyncMaster 244T haven't good pixel response time with its 25ms.

Picture on SyncMaster 244T could be very bright (500 cd/m2), but we cannot say the same for FDP1760 (270cd/m2) Contrast ratio is 1000:1 on SyncMaster 244T and 600:1 on FDP1760 and that is quite good value for constrast.

These tft monitors have VGA input for connection to older video cards. These TFT monitors have DVI input for connection . Only SyncMaster 244T has TV tuner.
