NEC 90GX2-BK vs Westinghouse LCM-17V8 lcd monitor shopping review
Screen size on NEC 90GX2-BK is larger, 19" comparing to 17" on Westinghouse LCM-17V8. The same on both LCD monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1280x1024. These monitors aren't wide - they have aspect ratio 4:3. These LCD monitors have good response times. These monitors are able to produce very bright picture (90GX2-BK has luminance 400cd/m2 and LCM-17V8 has 300cd/m2). Only NEC 90GX2-BK has good contrast (700:1). Westinghouse LCM-17V8 has contrast ratio of 450:1. Westinghouse LCM-17V8 doesn't have VGA input which you will need to connect them to older computers.
