NEC 70GX2 vs ViewSonic VX924 lcd monitor shopping reviews
Screen size on ViewSonic VX924 is larger, 19" comparing to 17" on NEC 70GX2. Both tft monitors have maximum declared screen resolution 1280x1024. Aspect ratio on these monitors is 4:3 and that means they aren't wide. Both monitors have good response times of their pixels (ViewSonic VX924 has 3ms and NEC 70GX2 has 4ms pixel response time). Since 70GX2 has luminance 400cd/m2 it can produce much brighter picture than VX924 which has luminance 270cd/m2. Only NEC 70GX2 has good contrast ratio (700:1). ViewSonic VX924 has contrast of 550:1.
