Mag LT917GB vs Samsung SyncMaster 940BW lcd monitor shopping comparison
Screen size on both models(Mag LT917GB and Samsung SyncMaster 940BW) is 19". For people who likes higher screen resolutions, 1440x900 on SyncMaster 940BW might be preferable than 1280x1024 on LT917GB. These TFT monitors have good response times. These TFT monitors can provide very bright picture (LT917GB has luminance 400cd/m2 and SyncMaster 940BW has 300cd/m2). Contrast ratio is poor at these monitors (500:1 at each). These TFT monitors have VGA input which you will need to connect them to older computer which don't have DVI input. Samsung SyncMaster 940BW has DVI needed by newer video cards. More Information
