LG L1952T vs Westinghouse LCM-19V7 lcd monitor comparison
Both models have the same 19" screen size. Both tft monitors have maximum declared screen resolution 1280x1024. Pixel response time on monitors is 8ms and you should not expirience so called "ghosts" . Both monitors are able to privide very bright picture (300 cd/m2). Only LG L1952T has good contrast ratio (1400:1). Westinghouse LCM-19V7 has contrast of 450:1. Only LG L1952T has VGA input so you can connect it to some older video cards.
