LG L194WT vs ViewSonic VA1912wb tft monitor shopping review
Both models have the same 19" screen size. Maximum declared screen resolution (1440x900) is on both LCD monitors in this comparison. Both monitors are wide since the aspect ratio on both is 16:10. Both monitors have good response times (LG L194WT has 5ms and ViewSonic VA1912wb has 8ms pixel response time). The picture on this LCD monitors can be very bright since brightness is 300cd/m2. Contrast is 2000:1 on LG L194WT which is good. But ViewSonic VA1912wb has contrast only 500:1. If you want to be able to connect your monitor to older computers, LG L194WT isn't good choice due to lack of VGA input. Both of these monitors have DVI to connect them to new video cards.
