LG L194WT vs Samsung SyncMaster 225BW lcd monitor reviews

Screen size on Samsung SyncMaster 225BW is larger, 22" comparing to 19" on LG L194WT. Maximum screen resulution on Samsung SyncMaster 225BW is 1680x1050, which might prefer graphic experts rather than 1440x900 on LG L194WT.

These monitors are wide - they have aspect ratio 16:10. Both of compared monitors have decent pixel response times (5 ms).

Picture can be really bright only at L194WT (luminance is 300 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at SyncMaster 225BW (luminance is 280 cd/m2). Contrast ratio is very good on these tft monitors (L194WT has 2000:1 and SyncMaster 225BW has 700:1).

If you want to be able to connect your monitor to older computers, LG L194WT isn't good choice due to lack of VGA input. These TFT monitors have DVI input for connection .
