HP W19B vs Westinghouse LCM-17W7 lcd monitor shopping review
Screen size at HP W19B is quite larger with its 19" than Westinghouse LCM-17W7 with its 17". HP W19B lcd monitor has better maximum screen resolution - 1440x900, in contrast to 1280x768 at Westinghouse LCM-17W7. Both LCD monitors are wide (16:9 is aspect ratio). You shall not have ghost feeling scrolling on HP W19B due to pixel response time of 5ms, but we cannot say the same for Westinghouse LCM-17W7 since pixel response time is 15ms. These monitors are able to produce very bright picture (LCM-17W7 has luminance 400cd/m2 and W19B has 300cd/m2). Contrast is good on these tft monitors (W19B has 700:1 and LCM-17W7 has 600:1). These LCD monitors have VGA input for connection to older graphic cards. Both monitors have DVI input which allows you to connect them to newer video cards. More Information
