HP L1706 vs Westinghouse LCM-19W4 tft monitor shopping review
Screen size on Westinghouse LCM-19W4 is larger, 19" comparing to 17" on HP L1706. Maximum screen resulution on Westinghouse LCM-19W4 is 1440x900, which might prefer graphic experts rather than 1280x1024 on HP L1706. Westinghouse LCM-19W4 has good response time of pixels (8ms), but that is not case with HP L1706 since its pixels response time is 12ms. These monitors have brightness 300cd/m2 and that means they can have very bright picture. These LCD monitors don't have decent constrast ratio. Their contrast is 500:1 and that is quite poor value.
