For people who likes higher screen resolutions, 1920x1200 on SyncMaster 244T might be more preferable than 1440x900 on W19B. Both monitors are wide since the aspect ratio on W19B is 16:9 and on SyncMaster 244T is 16:10. When scrolling text on Samsung SyncMaster 244T you might expirience ghosts because its pixels response time is 25ms. Picture on both monitors could be very bright (500 cd/m2 at SyncMaster 244T and 300cd/m2 at W19B). These monitors have good contrast (SyncMaster 244T has 1000:1 and W19B has 700:1). Both monitors have VGA input so you are able connect them to older graphic cards. DVI input which these monitors have allows you to use with new video cards.
