Gateway FDP2185W vs Westinghouse LCM-17W7 tft monitor shopping reviews
We prefere 21 inch wide screen size at model FDP2185W than 17 built at model LCM-17W7. Graphic professionals might find Gateway FDP2185W model with its 1680x1050 maximum screen resulution more preferable. Both monitors have aspect ratio 16:9 and that means they are wide. Gateway FDP2185W has good response time of its pixels (8ms), but that is not case with Westinghouse LCM-17W7 since pixels response time is 15ms. Picture on both monitors could be very bright (400 cd/m2 at LCM-17W7 and 300cd/m2 at FDP2185W). Contrast ratio is very good on these tft monitors (FDP2185W has 1000:1 and LCM-17W7 has 600:1).
