Gateway FDP1975W vs Westinghouse LCM-17v2 tft monitor shopping reviews

Screen size on Gateway FDP1975W is larger, 19" comparing to 17" on Westinghouse LCM-17v2. If you like higher screen resolutions than you might decide that Gateway FDP1975W is better with 1440x900 than Westinghouse LCM-17v2 with 1280x1024.

Decent response time has only Gateway FDP1975W with 8ms. Westinghouse LCM-17v2 haven't good pixel response time with its 14ms.

The picture on this TFT monitors can be very bright since luminance is 350cd/m2 at LCM-17v2 and 300cd/m2 at FDP1975W. Only Gateway FDP1975W has good contrast ratio (700:1). Westinghouse LCM-17v2 has contrast ratio of 350:1.
