Gateway FDP1760 vs Samsung SyncMaster 731BF lcd monitor shopping review
Gateway FDP1760 and Samsung SyncMaster 731BF have same 17" screen size. Both of compared TFT monitors : Gateway FDP1760 and Samsung SyncMaster 731BF have the same maximum screen resolution (1280x1024). Both monitors have standard aspect ratio (4:3) - they aren't wide. These monitors have decent response times (with 2ms on SyncMaster 731BF and 8ms on FDP1760). Only Samsung SyncMaster 731BF is able to produce very bright picture (300 cd/m2 luminance), Gateway FDP1760 has brightness 270 cd/m2. Contrast ratio is 2000:1 on SyncMaster 731BF and 600:1 on FDP1760 and that is quite good value for contrast. These TFT monitors have DVI input for connection . More Information
