Gateway FDP1760 vs NEC 90GX2-BK lcd monitor comparison
We think that 90GX2-BK has better screen with 19" inch size than FDP1760 with its 17" large screen. Maximum screen resolution (1280x1024) is same on both TFT monitors. These monitors aren't wide - they have aspect 4:3. Both monitors have good response times of their pixels (NEC 90GX2-BK has 4ms and Gateway FDP1760 has 8ms pixel response time). Picture can be really bright only at 90GX2-BK (luminance is 400 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at FDP1760 (luminance is 270 cd/m2). Both monitors have very good contrast (90GX2-BK has 700:1 and FDP1760 has 600:1). Both of these monitors have VGA input jack for connection to older graphic cards. Both monitors have DVI input which allows you to connect them to newer graphic cards. More Information
