eMachines E19T5W have larger screen (19") than Samsung SyncMaster 731B (17"). eMachines E19T5W lcd monitor have finer maximum screen resolution(1440x900) than other lcd monitor(1280x1024). These LCD monitors have decent response times of pixels (8 ms). Picture on both monitors could be very bright (300 cd/m2). These monitors have good contrast (E19T5W has 700:1 and SyncMaster 731B has 600:1). These monitors have VGA input which you will need to connect them to older computer which don't have DVI input.
