Dell E176FP vs Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW lcd monitor reviews
We prefere more 24" screen size on Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW than 17" screen size on Dell E176FP. If you like higher screen resolutions than you might decide that Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW is better with its 1920x1200 than Dell E176FP with 1280x1024. Since Dell E176FP maybe doesn't have good pixel response time with its 12 perhaps you might notice some ghost when scrolling text . The picture on this LCD monitors can be very bright since luminance is 450cd/m2 at UltraSharp 2407FPW and 300cd/m2 at E176FP. Contrast is 1000:1 on Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW which is good. But Dell E176FP has contrast ratio only 450:1. Both monitors have good viewable horizontal angle (178º at UltraSharp 2407FPW and 120º at E176FP) so they are quite confortable for watching movies. Both monitors have good viewable vertical angle (178º at UltraSharp 2407FPW and 140º at E176FP) so they are confortable for watching movies. Both of these monitors have VGA input jack for connection to older graphic cards. Only Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW has DVI input which allows you to connect it to some modern graphic cards.
