Both of compared monitors have decent pixel response times (6 ms). Since UltraSharp 2407WFP has luminance 450cd/m2 and SyncMaster 204BW has luminance 300cd/m2, therefore we can conclude that both monitors are able to privide very bright picture . Contrast is good on these tft monitors (UltraSharp 2407WFP has 1000:1 and SyncMaster 204BW has 700:1). These LCD monitors are nice for watching tv programs or movies on them since they have decent horizontal viewing angles (UltraSharp 2407WFP has 178º and SyncMaster 204BW has 160º).
