Dell UltraSharp 1907FP vs Apple M9177LL lcd monitor comparison

We prefere more 20" screen size on Apple M9177LL than 19" screen size on Dell UltraSharp 1907FP. For people who likes higher screen resolutions, 1680x1050 on M9177LL might be more preferable than 1280x1024 on UltraSharp 1907FP.

Since Apple M9177LL maybe doesn't have good pixel response time with its 16 perhaps you might notice some ghost when scrolling text on it.

Dell UltraSharp 1907FP can produce very bright picture (300 cd/m2), but Apple M9177LL cannot since its brightness is 250 cd/m2. Only Dell UltraSharp 1907FP has good contrast ratio (700:1). Apple M9177LL has contrast ratio of 400:1. Both monitors have poor viewable horizontal angle (170º at M9177LL and 140º at UltraSharp 1907FP) so they aren't quite confortable for watching movies. Vertical viewing angle is bad on both monitors (170º at Apple M9177LL and 130º at Dell UltraSharp 1907FP) for watching movies.

Since Apple M9177LL doesn't have VGA input, you can not connect it to some older computers. Both of these monitors have DVI to connect them to modern video cards.
