Dell E176FP vs Acer AL1916Ab lcd monitor comparison
Acer AL1916Ab's monitor screen with its 19" we like more than 17" screen at Dell E176FP. The same on both TFT monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1280x1024. You shall not have ghost feeling when scrolling on Acer AL1916Ab due to its pixel response time of 8ms, but we cannot say the same for Dell E176FP since its pixel response time is 12ms. The picture on this TFT monitors can be very bright since brightness is 300cd/m2. Contrast ratio is 700:1 on Acer AL1916Ab which is good. But Dell E176FP has contrast ratio only 450:1. Horizontal angle is 140º on AL1916Ab and 120 ºon E176FP and those values makes them unsuitable for watching movies. Vertical viewing angle is poor on both monitors (140º). Both monitors have VGA input so you can connect them to older graphic cards. No model has DVI input so you cannot connect them to some new graphic cards. More Information
