Apple M9177LL vs Samsung SyncMaster 204BW tft monitor review
Screen size on both models(Apple M9177LL and Samsung SyncMaster 204BW) is 20". The same on both LCD monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1680x1050. These monitors are wide. When scrolling text on Apple M9177LL you might expirience ghosts because pixels response time is 16ms. Picture on SyncMaster 204BW could be very bright (300 cd/m2), but we cannot say the same for M9177LL (250cd/m2) Contrast ratio is very good only on Samsung SyncMaster 204BW (700:1), the another model has poor contrast (400:1). These LCD monitors are poor choice for watching tv programs or movies since they haven't decent horizontal viewing angles (M9177LL has 170º and SyncMaster 204BW has 160º). These TFT monitors are poor choice for watching tv programs or movies since they haven't good vertical viewing angles (M9177LL has 170º and SyncMaster 204BW has 160º).
