Apple LCM-22W2 vs Samsung SyncMaster 244T tft monitor reviews
We think that SyncMaster 244T has better screen with 24" inch size than LCM-22W2 with its 22" large screen. Maximum declared screen resolution on SyncMaster 244T (1920x1200) beats LCM-22W2 (1680x1050). Aspect ratio on these monitors is 16:9 for LCM-22W2 and 16:10 for SyncMaster 244T and that means they are wide. Both monitors seems not to have good response time of pixels : Apple LCM-22W2 has 16ms and Samsung SyncMaster 244T has 25ms. Picture can be really bright only at SyncMaster 244T (luminance is 500 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at LCM-22W2 (luminance is 280 cd/m2). Contrast is very good on these tft monitors (SyncMaster 244T has 1000:1 and LCM-22W2 has 700:1). Both monitors have VGA input so you are able connect them to older video cards. Only Samsung SyncMaster 244T has DVI input which allows you to connect it to some newer graphic cards. Samsung SyncMaster 244T only has TV tuner. More Information
