Apple M9178LL/A vs eMachines E17T4 tft monitor shopping comparison

Apple M9178LL/A have larger screen (23") than eMachines E17T4 (17"). If you like higher screen resolutions than you might decide that Apple M9178LL/A is better with 1920x1200 than eMachines E17T4 with 1280x1024.
