Acer AL2216W vs ViewSonic VP2330wb tft monitor reviews
We think that VP2330wb has better screen with 23" inch size than AL2216W with its 22" large screen. For people who likes higher screen resolutions, 1920x1200 on VP2330wb might be more preferable than 1680x1050 on AL2216W. Both of compared LCD monitors are wide. Both of compared TFT monitors have decent pixel response times. Picture can be really bright only at AL2216W (luminance is 300 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at VP2330wb (luminance is 250 cd/m2). Contrast is 800:1 on VP2330wb and 700:1 on AL2216W and that is significantly good value for contrast. Both monitors have poor viewable horizontal angle (170º) for watching movies . These TFT monitors are poor choice for watching tv programs or movies since they haven't good vertical viewing angles (VP2330wb has 170º and AL2216W has 160º). Both monitors have DVI input which allows you to connect them to new graphic cards. More Information
