Acer AL2017bmd vs ViewSonic VX2235wm lcd monitor shopping comparison
ViewSonic VX2235wm's monitor screen with its 22" we like more than 20" screen at Acer AL2017bmd. If you like higher screen resolutions than you might decide that ViewSonic VX2235wm is better with its 1680x1050 than Acer AL2017bmd with 1400x1050. These monitors have decent response times of their pixels (with 5ms on VX2235wm and 8ms on AL2017bmd). Picture can be really bright only at AL2017bmd (luminance is 300 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at VX2235wm (luminance is 280 cd/m2). These monitors have good contrast (VX2235wm has 700:1 and AL2017bmd has 600:1). Horizontal viewing angle is bad on both monitors (170º at ViewSonic VX2235wm and 150º at Acer AL2017bmd) for watching . These LCD monitors are poor choice for watching tv programs or movies since they haven't nice vertical viewing angles (VX2235wm has 160º and AL2017bmd has 130º).
