Acer Ferrari F-20 vs Samsung SyncMaster 225BW tft monitor review
We like more Samsung SyncMaster 225BW 22" inch screen than Acer Ferrari F-20's 20" size. The same on both LCD monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1680x1050. Both monitors have aspect ratio 16:10 (wide). These LCD monitors have decent response times . Picture can be really bright only at Ferrari F-20 (luminance is 300 cd/m2) and it cannot be so bright at SyncMaster 225BW (luminance is 280 cd/m2). These monitors have good contrast (Ferrari F-20 has 800:1 and SyncMaster 225BW has 700:1). These LCD monitors have VGA input which you will need to connect them to older computer which don't have DVI input. Presence of DVI allows you to connect these monitors to newer video cards.
