Acer AL1706AB vs HP f1905e lcd monitor shopping review
HP f1905e have larger screen (19") than Acer AL1706AB (17"). The same on both LCD monitors is maximum screen resolution - 1280x1024. Both of compared monitors have decent pixel response times (8 ms). These TFT monitors cannot provide very bright picture (AL1706AB has luminance 270cd/m2 and f1905e has 250cd/m2). Contrast ratio is 700:1 on HP f1905e which is good. But Acer AL1706AB has contrast only 500:1. These TFT monitors have VGA input for connection to older video cards. HP f1905e has DVI needed by some new video cards. More Information
